Puff is a menu bar app for macOS that controls your Mac's fans with one slider. There is one version and one price.
$9, once
- $9 USD, charged a single time. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.
- Prices are shown and charged in your own currency where Paddle supports it. Any sales tax or VAT is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- One licence key covers two Macs that belong to you.
- Updates to Puff are free, for as long as there are any.
Try it before you pay
Every copy runs for 7 days with no card and no account. The trial is the whole app, not a limited version — so you can check that Puff can actually drive your Mac's fan before spending anything. Download it here.
Puff needs a Mac with a fan. MacBook Air models with Apple silicon don't have one, and on some MacBook Pro models Apple restricts manual fan control; the trial will show you within a minute.
How you get it
Puff is a digital download — nothing is shipped. After you pay, the thank-you page shows your licence key immediately and offers to activate it in Puff for you; the same key also arrives with your receipt. If anything goes wrong, write to support@puffmac.app and you'll get the key by hand.
Who takes the payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service enquiries related to payment, billing and refunds. On your card or bank statement the charge appears under Paddle, not Puff.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of buying and you get the full amount back, no questions. The details are on the refunds page.
